By creating an account or using EmerRoster you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use EmerRoster on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
EmerRoster provides tools to plan weekly staff rosters, manage leave and shift swaps, and related workforce scheduling features. Features may change as we improve the product.
You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. Organization owners and admins are responsible for inviting members, assigning roles, and the lawfulness of personal data they upload or process in the service.
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access to other organizations' data, interfere with security controls, or use the service in violation of applicable law (including employment and data protection law).
Where EmerRoster processes personal data on behalf of your organization, the Data Processing Agreement applies and forms part of these Terms.
Organization owners may cancel their organization in Settings. After cancellation, data is retained for 90 days and then permanently deleted, unless a retention hold is placed. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. EmerRoster does not provide legal, payroll, or employment advice. Wage estimates in the product are informational only.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EmerRoster is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be indicated by updating the page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
